Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor, you will be responsible for physically sorting, scanning, and keying in checks daily. You will also be responsible for organizing the checks and getting them ready to be shipped out. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Physically sort, scan, and key in checks daily with high accuracy

• Organize checks and prepare them for shipping
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable working with a high-volume workload and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to type 45 words per minute

* Previous data entry experience with high accuracy

• Experience working in a check processing or data management environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
