Job Summary

As a P&C Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' policyholders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound communication (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) from our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to ensure timely and effective resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound communication from clients, including phone calls, emails, chats, and social media messages

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or team leaders as needed
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their policies and claims
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40-50 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
