Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Processing orders and handling customer transactions with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle customer transactions and manage cash
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional crouching, squatting, or bending

Essential Functions/Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential functions and skills:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or stairs while performing job tasks
  • Must maintain clean and proper uniform per arenaflex standards
