Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales growth
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring seamless store operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
