Your Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
• Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer care
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

* Have retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
• Are motivated to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Are physically able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
