Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members
• Responding to patient and family inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with nursing and administrative staff duties as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical and administrative skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
• Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
• Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following arenaflex Customer Service standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and presentation and spreadsheet software
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
