Job Summary
As a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists regarding retirement plans. You will answer incoming telephone inquiries, process financial transactions, and explain complex financial concepts in accordance with FINRA/SEC guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, including requests for general account information, concerns related to contributions and withdrawals, and product information.
- Process financial transactions upon request of callers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.
- Explain complex financial concepts, such as past returns in comparison to economic environments, in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system and the Web Site when executing financial transactions and/or initiating loans.
- Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
What You Will Bring
* Associate degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- No degree, an additional one to two years directly related experience (required)
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Must be available to work during the hours of 7am-7pm, with overtime required based on business need
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (arenaflex is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time)

Compensation and Benefits
* Base Salary Range: $40,800.00 - $56,025.00
- Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program
- Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances, a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance
Work Environment and Culture
* Remote position with occasional in-office requirements (4-6 times per year)
