Job Description

Customer Service Team Member:
- Make and prepare food to order, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied - Take absolute pride in everything you do, from greeting guests to serving food - Value customer service and positively impact our guests' experience - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a clean, welcoming environment - Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, promotions, and services to provide excellent guest service
Cook Team Member:
- Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations - Work efficiently and effectively to meet demand and ensure timely service - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and a clean, welcoming environment - Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, promotions, and services to provide excellent guest service
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in customer service or food preparation an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in customer service or cooking - Knowledge of arenaflex's menu, promotions, and services - Certification in food safety and handling an asset - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
