Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers navigate our website and online ordering process, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process customer orders, including taking payments and updating customer information.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new releases and promotions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to promote arenaflex products and services.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages spoken in the Saint Paul, MN area.
