Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently to provide legendary service to our customers
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
