Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Northfield, OH. As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, book service appointments, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Book service appointments, schedule repairs, and coordinate with clients to meet their needs
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Knowledge of construction industry products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
