Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. This role is ideal for individuals with a diverse professional background, including administrative assistants, data entry specialists, and those with experience in research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as deadlines and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
