Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Address customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner - Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary - Reship products lost or damaged during shipping - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the industry or a related field - Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role - Knowledge of company products and services - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
