Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex in Everett, WA. As a Passenger Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process passenger transactions, including check-ins, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Operate a variety of software systems, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with other teams, including operations, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aviation industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other software tools used in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge of airline operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
