Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and to provide expert loan consulting services to customers
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine customer eligibility for arenaflex products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in consumer finance or a related field

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in consumer finance or a related field

• Experience working in a sales or customer-facing role
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Certification in consumer finance or a related field (e.g. CFP, CFA)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
