Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Davie, FL. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data maintenance, and data analysis

  • Coordinate maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes
  • Process sales rep's paperwork and perform various functions for the sales team
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Proficient in various software systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the waste management industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in additional software systems, such as CRM or ERP
