Job Summary

As an Experienced Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing) preferred

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry (or a related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of sales success

  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, insurance certification)
  • Experience with insurance software and systems (e.g., policy administration, claims management)
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., insurance agent, broker)
