About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to policyholders
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner

Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
