Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide exceptional customer service and support in our pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their pharmacy needs, including answering questions, processing prescriptions, and resolving issues
  • Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions
  • Engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with exceptional service and support
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
