Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in visual merchandising, store displays, and other visual presentations to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment

  • Knowledge of paints, coatings, and other related products and services
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
