Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will work in support of the store operations team to ensure that every customer has a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
