Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in online surveys and focus groups to provide feedback on products and services
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure high-quality work
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus as more opportunities are available)
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
- Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Experience with online research and product testing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel

- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
