Job Summary

As a Customer Care Advocate II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve complex customer issues, escalating them to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Analyze customer feedback and concerns, using insights to inform process improvements and drive customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products or services

  • Knowledge of factory automation, food & beverage, or aerospace industries
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
