Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at our South Milwaukee, WI branch. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Promote arenaflex products and services to customers, including our wide range of shipping, packaging, and business supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer complaints
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or sales environment
- Knowledge of shipping, packaging, and business supplies
- Experience working with a CRM system and other customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Certification in customer service or a related field
