Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator II at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will be responsible for entering patient demographics, requisition data, and other relevant information into our computer system. Key Responsibilities

- Extensive use of phone and PC to communicate with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders - Accurate and efficient data entry of patient demographics, requisition information, and other relevant data - Sight and eye coordination to review and verify data for accuracy - Fine dexterity with hands and steadiness to operate computer equipment and perform data entry tasks - Talking to patients and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve any issues - Log onto the computer and enter all appropriate requisition data in an accurate and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data management and customer service - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
