Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You'll also be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

- Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
