Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced and dynamic company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
