Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will work in support of the store operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
