Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping journey. You'll work closely with our store teams to deliver a seamless and engaging experience, while also driving sales growth and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in our retail stores

  • Collaborate with store teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience
  • Drive sales growth and customer loyalty through effective customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Develop and implement customer experience initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with store managers and district managers to implement customer experience strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of customer experience principles and practices
  • Experience with sales analysis and customer feedback analysis
  • Familiarity with retail operations and customer service software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
