Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous, fair, and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a courteous, fair, and friendly manner.

  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Answer questions and provide information to customers about arenaflex products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or healthcare setting.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
