Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and upselling/cross-selling strategies
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales revenue
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed sales recommendations
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the customer service or sales industry, with a focus on inbound sales and customer experience
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client bases
- Experience with sales automation tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
