Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our passengers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns to management as needed. - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and services, providing accurate information to passengers. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge. - Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Operations and Sales, to ensure seamless delivery of customer services. - Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's quality and compliance standards. - Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the Customer Service team.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with passengers and colleagues. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. - Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry. - Knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services, with a strong understanding of the airline industry. - Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA). - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds. - Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
