Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
