Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Technician to join our team in Hartford, VT. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining air machines in assigned routes, providing exceptional customer support, and working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain air machines in assigned routes, ensuring they're running efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer support, meeting face-to-face with customers and reflecting positively about the company and products
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using good judgment in all decisions
- Travel within the White River Junction area, utilizing a company-provided vehicle
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in ETG building, testing, and troubleshooting air machines or similar technician experience
- Hands-on mechanical skills with basic hand and power tools
- Practical knowledge/experience with 110V and low voltage circuits
- Ability to move machines from the delivery vehicle to the pad, weighing up to 100 pounds
- Maturity and the ability to work independently
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to utilize GPS, Fleetmatics, and customer-driven work order control systems
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on air machine maintenance and customer support
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with digital/mechanical equipment, credit card payment systems, and cellular modems
- Familiarity with GPS, Fleetmatics, and customer-driven work order control systems
- Certification in a relevant technical field, such as HVAC or electrical systems
- Experience working in a similar industry, with a focus on air machine maintenance and customer support
