Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pasadena, CA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering legendary service.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Experience with order processing and fulfillment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

Work Environment
* Full-time hours: Friday-Tuesday, 9 PM-5:30 AM
- Training hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM (approximately 6-7 months)
