Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assisting customers with account-related queries, procedures, and services
- Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process
- Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication with customers
- Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties as required
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
- Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
- Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc)
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
