Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our Phoenix, AZ office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing and verifying customer information, including contact details and payment records
  • Maintaining an organized filing system of original documents and electronic records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into our database + Verify and update customer records to ensure accuracy and completeness + Maintain an organized filing system of original documents and electronic records

  • Customer Service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner + Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management

  • Administrative Tasks:

+ Perform various administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting + Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry or Customer Service Representative preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
