Job Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology * Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently * Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat * Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions * Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred * Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
