Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Holly, MI. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our proprietary ordering system
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and make change accurately
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a food service or retail environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with customer service software, such as our proprietary ordering system
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
