Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries and issues, and provide product and solutions expertise to help them navigate our website and online ordering.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and issues
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
