Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Providing legendary service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
