Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Work Environment and Culture
* On-site position in Caddo Mills, TX
- Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM (after training)
