Job Summary

As a Customer Assistance Representative Sr, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Detroit Metro Airport location. You'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to internal and external customers. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about arenaflex's products and services

  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, and processing customer billings
  • Perform miscellaneous and job-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Must have 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future

Schedule

* Must be available to work the following schedule: + Sunday: 10A-6P + Monday: 10A-6P + Tuesday: 10A-6P + Wednesday: 10A-6P + Thursday: 10A-6P
