Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. - Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. - Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system. - Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to provide accurate and confident responses to customer questions. - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver legendary service to our customers. - Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills, with fluency in both verbal and written forms.
