Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
