Job Description

As an On-Site Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our live players through our online casino platform. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with players in real-time, and providing a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Present casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and providing a professional and engaging experience

  • Follow work rules and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to player queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operation
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
  • Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of casino games and operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
