Job Summary

As an Experienced Mortgage Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' legal teams by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, making any necessary corrections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and services
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

* Experience working in the mortgage or financial services industry

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
