Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer complaints, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to use our products effectively
  • Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and inform product development strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and sales data
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry expertise

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

* Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical supply or pharmaceutical sales

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and/or other languages)
