Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
