Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner.
- Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families.
- Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
- Perform administrative functions, such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other healthcare software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
